es ist ganz, ganz große Klasse, dass Du uns erneut bzw. weiterhin mit deiner phantastischen Musik und Stimme glücklich machst und uns 2011 sogar wieder live besuchen möchtest! Super!!! Wir und deine riesige Fangemeinde freuen uns schon heute außerordentlich sehr darauf und möchten uns auch schon heute dafür bedanken!!! Bleibe aber bitte vor allem schön gesund! Achte auf Dich und sei konsequent, wenn Dir der ganze Tournee-Stress unter Umständen wirklich zu groß werden sollte! Bitte!!! Vielleicht denkst Du daher einmal darüber nach, die Tournee "Play-back" durchzuführen. Uns und deinen sehr vielen Fans und Freunden, vor allem aber deiner Familie, liegt ganz viel daran, dass Du Dich mit dieser Tournee nicht kaputt machst. Wir wollen Dich nämlich noch sehr oft sehen und hören, so zum Beispiel vielleicht in Sendungen wie bei Florian Silbereisen.

Lieber Roger,
ich habe lange versucht, EINMAL ein Konzert von Dir zu besuchen, seit vielen, vielen Jahren liebe ich Deine wundervollen Lieder. Ich bin 36 Jahre und schon früher lachten alle, wenn ich sagte, ich höre Rogers Lieder so gerne. Es hat sich in all den Jahren nichts verändert. Doch leider hatte ich nie Glück, wenn Du ein Konzert gegeben hast. Darüber bin ich sehr traurig.
Mein Freund ist leider sehr weit weg und immer wenn er da ist, hören wir Deine schönen Lieder und weinen um die Wette. Ich danke Dir für die wunderbaren Stunden, die wir mit Dir verbringen durften, mein größter Traum wäre allerdings, Dich einmal persönlich zu sehen und Deine Stimme zu hören.

schon lange ist es mir ein großes Bedürfnis, Dir DANKE zu sagen für Deine tollen Lieder. Du singst nicht nur mit Deiner Stimme, sondern auch ganz von Herzen. Und das kommt an bei Deinen Fans. Ich bin 34 Jahre und habe schon als Kind Deine Lieder bei meinen Eltern gehört. Es ist wirklich ein Stück Kindheit für mich. Und ich war auch vor garnicht langer Zeit mit meinem Freund und seiner Mama in Frankfurt bei Deinem Konzert. Und daheim höre ich Deine Lieder auf CD. Es tut so wahnsinnig gut und ich singe natürlich auch fleissig mit . Und auf diesem Wege möcht ich mich dafür bedanken, das Du so gute Laune und tolle Gefühle in mir auslöst. Vielen, vielen Dank und bitte weiter so. Alles Gute für Dich und Deine Familie incl. Tiere :-).

Für meine doch schon sehr umfangreiche Alben-Sammlung von Roger habe ich zuletzt die Doppel-LP vom Konzert aus dem Wiener Konzerthaus aus dem Jahr 1979 gefunden! Eine wunderbare Platte!
Aus dem Jahr 1989 gibt es den grandiosen Konzertmitschnitt "Die Stimme für Millionen" aus Hamburg auf CD. Sicher schon hunderte Male hab ich mir diese CD angehört. Gibt es von diesem Konzert aus Deutschland keine Video-Aufnahmen? Es wäre irrsinnig toll!
Vom Konzert in Kopenhagen 1989 gibt es eine DVD, aber hauptsächlich mit englischsprachigen Songs (welche auch genial sind!!).
Übrigens freue ich mich schon auf das neue Album! Unser Roger wird nicht müde, neue Songs zu produzieren. Liebe Grüße aus Österreich und alles, alles Gute!

Now at the same time I greet GILA TRUMPF, BENJAMIN VOLLMER, MARKO KRAMER and STEFAN GIERISCH in G e r m a n y and GUNNAR OLAV ERIKSSEN in N o r w a y. I met everybody of those persons whom I mentioned on above, after Roger Whittaker's concert in the congress- and concert hall of Ringsted Kongrescenter in Ringsted in DENMARK in the late Saturday evening on the 20th of September in the year 2008. I met all those persons except Gila Trumpf in the restaurant of Scandic Hotel Ringsted on the next day too, on Sunday, on the 21th of September in the year 2008 and finally and totally surpringly Roger Whittaker himself too in the restaurant of Scandic Hotel Ringsted on Sunday, on the 21th of September in the year 2008 and to me it was a very great and a very important to meet Roger Whittaker during the several minutes when I could talk a little bit with Roger Whittaker himself.
THANK YOU, ROGER WHITTAKER for that moment with me! I still thank you very much for that moment! I took three (3) photographs about you, Roger, during that short moment and those photographs are luckily of a very high quality and you, Roger, are looking so happy on those photographs of mine!
Please, welcome whenever to FINLAND, Roger Whittaker! Please. come to Finland as soon as it is ever possible! You don't have necessarily to perform (to sing and to whistle and to play your guitar at the same time) in Finland but you, Roger Whittaker, should come to Finland to give interviews for instance for/on the television canals of Finland, for/on the radio canals of Finland and for/on the newspapers and magazines of Finland.
I met everybody of those persons whom I have mentioned on above, after the concert of Roger Whittaker too in the late Saturday evening on the 20th of September in the year 2008 in the congress- and concert hall of Ringsted Kongrescenter in Ringsted in Denmark.
I still give MY VERY SPECIAL THANKS to GILA TRUMPF who photographed me on to the same photograph with Roger Whittaker and that photograph is the only photograph on which I have Roger Whittaker with me on the same photograph. wer könnte mit eventuel das heft von : das Neue / Nr. 51 noch schicken.
Ich wohne in Tegelen (NL), und bin selber ein Grosser Fan von Roger. Leider habe ich zu spät gelesen, das er ein interview gegeben hat für dieses blatt. Das Neue - Nr. 52 lag schon in das geschäft. Und es gab kein "altes" blatt mehr. Die kosten fürs verschicken und das Blatt, werden natürlich bezahlt. Danke im Voraus, Harrold.

Lieber Roger,
ich bin 63 Jahre alt und schon sehr lange ein Fan
von Dir.Ich höre mir Deine Lieder sehr gerne an,
wegen Deiner persönlichen Ausstrahlung und Stimme.
Ein Lied, welches ich mir heute angehört habe, hat mir leider persönlich nicht gefallen. Der Liedtext wird meiner Meinung nach zu schell gesungen und kommt daher nicht so gut rüber.
Es ist "das" Weihnachtslied an sich, welches sich
etwas langsamer gesungen viel besser anhört.
Es heisst: Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht.
Ich wünsche Dir weiterhin für die Zukunft alles
erdenklich Gute. Weiterhin viel Erfolg und Gesundheit.
